From entrepreneurs, for entrepreneurs.
I am second-generation in my family's plastics manufacturing business, with eight plants across Indonesia, under Cave Sumber Berkat. Over several years, I kept finding irregularities inside my own sales and procurement functions.
I dealt with it the conventional ways. Audits. Tighter management procedures. Stronger controls. Things still slipped through.
The reason was simple. The negotiations that decide a deal happen in WhatsApp, and they leave no paper trail. By the time I found out, the money had usually been gone for a long time.
I looked for a tool that would show me how my staff were actually running deals. Nothing existed. So I built one with my cousin, Jason Yehezkiel, who also runs a manufacturing business.
We ran Asyron in our own companies first. It worked well enough that keeping it to ourselves stopped making sense.
Any business that delegates sales and procurement to staff has the same blind spot. The alternative is to run every negotiation personally, and that does not hold for long.
Two owners who use the product on their own companies.
Andrew runs a plastics manufacturing business with eight plants across Indonesia. Its sales and procurement functions are where he first ran into this problem. He uses Asyron daily as an owner, not as its salesman.
Jason runs his own manufacturing business and owns the product side of Asyron. Every change is tested in our companies first. If a flag does not help his procurement team, it does not ship.
